Program requirements
- Property located in a qualifying Illinois county (Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will, Lake, McHenry)
- Residential property (single-family or small multi-family)
- Meets income eligibility criteria (census-tract income or CEJST disadvantaged community)
- Owner-occupied preferred
