This privacy policy describes how the Illinois Solar For All (ILSFA) program website collects and uses information. The program is administered under the Climate & Equitable Jobs Act (CEJA), Public Act 102-0662 (20 ILCS 3855/1-56).

(a) Information you provide: name, address, phone, email, utility bills you upload, messages you send via the contact form.

(b) Information we derive: property characteristics from public county records (square footage, year built, heating type, parcel data), census-tract eligibility data, and property listing imagery used to assess solar eligibility.

To verify program eligibility, process enrollment applications, coordinate with ILSFA-registered vendors, respond to inquiries, and improve program delivery. We do not sell your information.

Information is protected under 815 ILCS 530 (Personal Information Protection Act). Access is restricted to authorized program administration staff and registered vendors solely for enrollment completion.

We share information with ILSFA-registered vendors only as necessary to complete your enrollment and schedule your assessment. We do not share information for marketing purposes.

Application records are retained for the duration of program administration and as required by applicable Illinois records laws.

We use HTTPS encryption, input validation, and access controls to protect your information. Uploaded documents are stored with restricted access.
